Art direction, communication strategy and identity design for Stockholm based property developer Folkhem, a company with focus on sustainability and high quality architecture in large scale structures built in wood. Developed in collaboration with the text and social media office Postnormal Production.

The old logotype was slightly modified into a more condensed version, to get a lighter and more modern feel.

Folkhem’s typographic voice is based on the combination of the two typefaces GZA and Brown.
