We are a small company with a vast network, ready to gather the most relevant team of designers, social media strategists, interior architects, photographers, stylists, film makers and copy writers for each assignment. A small company with big love and great dedication to each chosen assignment.

Håkan Ängquist, Art director + founder
Graduated in 2008 with a MFA from Konstfack, University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Three years as a studio designer and typographer in Stockholm’s design and advertising community were followed by an opportunity to art direct Swedish design publishers Design House Stockholm in 2011. After a few years the responsibilities developed into communications manager and creative direction of the brand’s communication and visual identity. Running Nuet full time since 2017.

Rut-Malin Barklund, Project manager.
With a background within graphic design, cultural production, exhibitions and craft Rut-Malin is focusing on both vision and detail, building bridges between people and process. At Nuet she brings structure, creativity, and care to the process, guiding the team and clients while ensuring ideas grow into impactful results.

Simon Linder, Designer.
During his studies, Simon completed an internship at Nuet Studios. He graduated from Berghs School of Communication in 2022 and joined the studio full-time, where his areas of work align closely with Nuet’s offerings, contributing to visual identities, editorial work, web experiences, and motion design.

Lisa Åsberg, Designer.
Graduated from Beckmans College of Design in 2021. After working at a riso printing studio in Paris, she joined Stockholm-based Kid id as a Brand Designer, where she stayed for three years. During this time her work was recognised with gold in both the Swedish Design Awards and Guldägget. Lisa has also freelanced as an illustrator, with projects spanning both commercial and independent contexts. She is the newest addition to the Nuet team, joining the studio in spring 2025.
